What was the first element of personality that you noticed in Amy?

BILL: Her confidence. She was willing to try anything.

EILEEN: She was pretty feisty.

BILL: She would just jump in and succeed or fail—it wouldn’t matter. Once, in the fourth grade, the principal was on stage and he had the mike up high.
